Of course, injury prevention is also an important topic. Sports doctor and running expert Dr. Matthias Marquardt was at BLACKROLL®'s side as a consultant here. Training Tips

STARTING POSITION  

Start in a sitting position, legs extended. Bend the left leg and  place the right calf on the BLACKROLL®. Support yourself on your hands. 

EXECUTION 

Lift your buttocks off the floor and slowly roll back and forth over  the calf by bending and extending the left leg. Rotate the right foot to  the left and right to ensure a treatment of the whole calf muscles.  Remain on hotspots, for about 15s. Then switch side. 


Training Tips

STARTING POSITION  
Place the LOOP BAND above your knees and stand in squat position.

EXECUTION
Walk with small steps to the side with you upper body in an upright position and your knees bent. Make sure that your knees always form a line with your feet and that your knees are never bent over your toes, otherwise the pressure on the knees will be too high. If you want to train even harder, you can place a second LOOP BAND above the ankles. You will start feeling the training effect right after a few steps back and forth.
